In Atlanta, GA, on November 12th and 13th, 2024, Foliage Investment Group hosted its inaugural annual meeting. Attendees from across the country gathered to shape the vision of what would become Foliage Investment Group. The event was led by the group’s two primary syndicators, Greenleaf and Spartan.

The two-day event featured strategic planning sessions from both Spartan and Greenleaf, a business analysis presentation by CBRE, and a dynamic roundtable discussion on the future of Foliage. The meeting was a resounding success, and due to its overwhelmingly positive reception, we plan to make it an annual tradition.
